Kacau hingga garing dan naik bau.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kemudianmasukkan cili giling, kacau hingga masak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah garing, masukkan air asam jawa. Kacau rata-rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kemudian masukkan daun kesum dan bunga kantan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Akhir sekali masukkan garam. Setelah itu dipotong bulat-bulat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cili merah, bawang merah dan bawang putih dimayang halus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Udang dibersihkan serta dibuang kulitnya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rendamkan suhun dengan air sejuk seketika. Sementara itu rebus air di dalam periuk.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan bersama undang, bawang dan cili yang telah dimayang dan biarkan sehingga mendidih. Selepas itu masukkan petola dan tambahkan garam bersama serbuk perasa secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Biar seketika tapi jangan terlalu lama. Masukkan daun kari dan halba campuran dan goreng hingga kekuningan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kemudian masukkan air asam jawa dan rempah kari, kacau sehingga pecah minyak. Masukkan santan, kacau sehingga mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Akhir sekali masuukan garam dan serbuk perasa diikuti dengan ikan. Masukkan juga bendi dan tomato sebagai hiasan. Biarkan hingga masak. Diikuti dengan meletakkan mihun di atas nasi.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Susun pula sambal goreng, diikuti serunding dan ayam goreng di sebelahnya membentuk bulatan (dengan kedudukan kaki ayam mestilah selari dengan pangkal daun pisang).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Susun timun yang telah dihiris, rempeyek dan ikan goreng di antaranya sebagai pelengkap hidangan.
